If any of the viewers of this page would like to send me links to ANYTHING they feel may be a hoax, please e-mail me at exposingsocalhoaxes@gmail.com.I will do my absolute best to expose these posts for what they are. Thank you.

This needs to STOP

The time has come for me to quit griping about the social media hoaxes, and start doing something about them. I logged into facebook about ten minutes ago, and saw that one of my friends *liked* a post by a one direction fan page about their "sister Mallory", who "Has down's syndrome, and doesn't think she's beautiful". Being the skeptic that I am, I decided to do a little research into the story behind the picture. It took all of thirty seconds to realize that this post was a hoax, as I had assumed. It turned out that a blogger, and mother of five, had been receiving e-mails about "Mallory"....

This type of thing needs to stop, because it is deplorable that these people are allowed to steal pictures off of social media sites like facebook, make up any story they want about the picture, and farm *likes* for profit and exposure.

Here is the link to the "One Direction" fan page.

This is one of the stories I found about the little girl.

Please do the world a favor and use the "report" button on facebook. I'm not entirely sure they are trying to put a stop to this type of thing, but if enough people flood them with reports, they WILL HAVE to start.
